ENER-G CHP expertise on show at All-Energy 2015 - stand D3801/05/2015
ENER-G will showcase its combined heat and power (CHP) technologies, including a new high efficiency biogas CHP system, at All-Energy 2015 from 6-7 May at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC), Glasgow.
The cogeneration specialist will reveal its new E-200 biogas CHP system that increases the return on investment on small scale anaerobic digestion. The company will also showcase its wide portfolio of CHP systems that range from packaged generators to complex energy centres.
ENER-G's new 200kwth biogas CHP unit maximises financial returns on both the highest rate Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) and Feed in Tariffs (FIT). This will help to stem the shortfall from FIT digression and makes small scale anaerobic digestion viable for a wider customer base, particularly smaller farms and dairies, as well as industrial processors.
The new ENER-G E200 biogas CHP unit provides a thermal output of 195kWth (qualifying for the highest rate RHI of 7.5p per kWth), together with an electrical output of 205kWe - at a total efficiency rating of 77.1%.
ENER-G will also showcase complex energy services projects, which integrate CHP with demand reduction measures and other sustainable technologies to deliver cost and carbon saving benefits to many sectors, including healthcare, leisure and education.
Visitors will be able to find out about ENER-G's funded energy saving solutions that require no capital investment in energy saving infrastructure. This includes energy services agreements on cogeneration and complementary technologies, which guarantee minimum energy savings and capital costs are repaid over an agreed contract period via the savings made.
