ENER-G Rudox Inc., as one of the prominent power generation companies in the Northeast United States and as part of ENER-G Cogen International (ECI), this unique combination brings forth to our customer an array of optimum in-house technology and capabilities within the power generation and renewable energy industry. ECI currently operates more than 1,500 CHP sites worldwide, with 500 MWe+ of operational cogeneration systems in 11 countries.
As your single source of contact, ENER-G Rudox can implement any cogeneration system for commercial and industrial energy requirements, including combined heat and power (CHP) and tri-generation. This includes systems from 80kW up to 10MW, offered both via capital sales and long term Energy Service Agreements for installations.
For those crucial moments when power is unavailable due to storms and/or utility outages, we also offer backup power solutions to standby or prime applications in facilities requiring the use of around-the-clock power. In addition to, we have readily available 24/7 emergency rental generators for all of your power requirements. Our extensive experiences within the power and energy industry have provided our customers with a peace of mind.
Our Team at ER
Sales and Engineering Team: Our sales and application engineers are on hand to assess each individual site to identify project viability. From initial feasibility studies to comprehensive site surveys, they are able to expertly identify what is required for each specific site and to recommend a system that will meet customer’s needs. Our team of experts will be assisting you through the project from start to finish.
Design Team: Our in-house design team uses the latest in CAD technology to identify the logistics of implementing projects onsite. The team prepares detailed design drawings identifying site interfacing and plant room access considerations before the project is taken to site.
Production Team: At our new head office in East Rutherford, NJ, we manufacture all of our ENER-G Rudox equipment in our state-of-the-art production center. Our advanced test cell, we rigorously examine the performance of all units prior to site delivery, ensuring our clients receive a system that meets the highest standards in quality and performance.
Project Management Team: Our project management team work with the client, their architects and the mechanical/electrical contractors to provide detailed information and specifications that will ensure that the system is fully integrated with the building systems. A senior engineer is appointed to each project, with the responsibility of producing and then implementing a detailed package of information. Upon completion of the installation, the project manager will arrange for the system to undergo ‘Pre-commissioning’ and ‘Final Commissioning’.
Service and Maintenance Team: Commissioning is just one step in a long relationship between ENER-G Rudox and our customers. After the system is installed and operational, our monitoring technology enables our engineers to remotely monitor systems 24/7/365 from our service facility, optimize system performance, and dispatch service technicians for preventative maintenance. Our service department is comprised of highly trained technicians, who are OSHA certified and factory trained on all product lines represented, and all have at least 10 years of field experience on average.
